A familiar scene to anyone who knows the beaches near North Berwick, the Bass Rock is a small island just off the coast that's home to a staggering number of seabirds like gannets and puffins.
The top of the rock looks white and gold in the sunshine, thanks to the birds, and on a sunny day there’s a hint of golden sand on the beach too.
