Throw Caution to the Wind

“Throw Caution to the Wind” is part of a series of paintings I worked on after a visit to Orkney earlier this year. The abstracted quality of this artwork lends itself to other Scottish landscapes, but it was the colourful swirling clouds that - in my mind at least - remind me of this collection of friendly islands.
